My home (27 Fairfield Way) is adjacent to one of the parking lots proposed for the new residential units. If these units are built as proposed, this building will be 40’ in height & will tower over my home & my neighbor’s home in Lakewood, destroying the character of our neighborhood. In addition to the obvious concern about sunlight, views, etc., I am most concerned about inadequate parking spaces for all these additional residential units. Has anyone from the City addressed our neighborhood about these issues? Cliff Young
